Cancellation policy

For our customers we have an easy cancellation process, but before the shipment of the product. It can be done through online or you can mail us at support@EnSandhai.com with the order ID. Your payment will be refunded.

Return Policy

If you were not satisfied with the product that you purchased from EnSandhai.in you can tell us within 24 hours. We will replace it or refund your amount for that product. You can contact our customer service support at anytime. We welcome your suggestions so that we can improve our service. If the item chosen by you was not in the inventory then we reserve the right to replace the item with an equivalent product. We will adjust the price changes. If any of your product you receive from us is damage you can contact our customer support service soon we will replace the product if it is returned in its original packing condition. Refund will be made to the same account from which you paid to us. If the conditions of the return policy have not been met then we will not provide you the refund or replacement.
